Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Flow-Pilot website, software, documentation, and support services. By purchasing, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview

Flow-Pilot provides licensed software access for workflow operations, including inbox management, browser task automation, billing profile management, proxy testing and management, inventory monitoring, and inventory management. The service may include license-based software access, related updates during an active term, and customer support through the published support channels.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized business workflows and in compliance with applicable third-party platform rules, payment processor requirements, and local laws.

  • You may not use the service for fraud, payment abuse, or identity misuse.
  • You may not use the service for spam, credential stuffing, unauthorized access, security bypassing, or activity that violates a third-party platform's terms.
  • You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software without written permission.
  • You are responsible for the legality, authorization, and accuracy of the accounts, proxies, inventory data, and workflow configuration you provide.

3. Orders, billing, and pricing

Prices shown on the Pricing page are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. The plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription unless different terms are shown at checkout. We may update pricing at any time for future billing terms. Completed charges remain subject to the pricing displayed at checkout when the order was placed.

4. Delivery and access

Access is delivered digitally through account provisioning, license issuance, or other electronic means after payment and purchase review. Delivery timing may vary based on review, fraud screening, support load, or technical factors. Downloading an installer does not activate the software without a valid license.

5. No guarantee of external results

We do not guarantee successful third-party actions, revenue, uninterrupted access to external websites, proxy performance, stock availability, account results, or compatibility with every workflow. External websites, service providers, and network environments can change their rules, access, identity, or technical controls at any time.

6. Support

Support is provided through the Support page and by email at support@flow-pilot.me. Support does not include custom development unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, payment processor rules, or platform security requirements.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow-Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
